28 March 2025 – The South Venice Beach Endowment Trust owes a great big thank you to whoever found, restored, and reinstalled the sign for the property at 4800 Lemon Bay. This sign was missing ever since Hurricane Milton. Despite major efforts to locate it, we were left thinking it would have to be remade. We on the board and the whole community are grateful to whoever found it, cleaned it all up, and reinstalled it. It makes everything look so much better!! Again, a heartfelt THANK YOU!

Renting a home for the month of April. Is the ferry opened to all paying customers or only residents? If closed when is it open. If guests for the month of April are allowed, how much per day per person. My granddaughters are coming to visit on the 10th and then others the 21st. of april. 920-621-6418. Please reply, Thanks
Please call or visit the office during normal business hours. In general, property owners and residents can buy Ferry passes. Renters that sign an annual lease are considered residents and can buy Ferry passes. Please see the news posts for updates on the Ferry repair.
