7 January 2025 – The Trust is pleased to announce the opening of a temporary mobile office beginning 11 January 2025. The temporary mobile office is pictured below and is currently located next to the Beach Ferry Dock House. Office hours are Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, beginning 11 January 2025. The Trust has a new phone number and it is (941) 949-6013.

We hope to begin selling Boat Ramp and Kayak Launch Area memberships beginning on Saturday, 11 January 2025, effective for 1 February 2025. The price will be the same as 2024. The Boat Ramp will be $150 and the Kayak Launch Area will be $100 for residents and property owners of South Venice. For a limited number of non-residents, membership is $300 for the Boat Ramp and $100 for the Kayak Launch Area.
