Captain Phil has a US Coast Guard 50 Ton Master License and has 47 plus years of boating experience. He also has a Red Cross CPR/AED Certification. He is a retired police officer and enjoys being on the water. He is enthusiastic to be a South Venice Beach Ferry Captain.
