The Ferry Captain will meet you at the landing located at 4800 Lemon Bay Drive. The Ferry leaves every half hour beginning at 9:30am, everyday but Wednesday, when the Captain takes a day of rest and volunteers make boat repairs and upkeep.
Hours of operation are as follows:
• May 1 through October 31 - 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Mon and Tues, and 9:30 a.m. to sunset on Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun. Sunset hours are posted every day at the Ferry House for your convenience.
Don't forget to show your valid Family Ferry Pass each time you board the Ferry. Passes are available either in Yearly or Monthly increments. Yearly passes may be purchased in November and will be honored for passage on the ferry upon purchase. Otherwise, Yearly Ferry Passes are valid from January 1st to December 31st. Passes are good for up to 6 people. There are no daily or weekly passes available.
Passes can be purchased at the Landing Dock directly from our Captains or at our Administration Office located at 720 Alligator Drive, South Venice. Purchases at the Landing Dock may be purchased with cash or check only. (Please make checks payable to SVBET. Checks must be drawn on US Banks only. Thank you.) US BANK Debit/Credit cards (VISA/MasterCard/Discover & American Express) are accepted at the Administration Office only. Hours of operation for Administration Office is: Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday 9am-1pm.
