Hatha YOGA—3 styles

All levels Hatha yoga classes. Stretch, bend, build strength and experience deep relaxation. Wear loose clothing.
Restorative: Deeply relaxing /calm & heal body and mind. Great for everyone as a stand alone class or to prepare the body for more active practice. Tuesdays at 9:30am
Gentle/Beginner/Level 1: A great class to learn yoga or to advance your practice. Basic yoga poses at a comfortable gentle pace. Fridays at 10:45am
Level 1-2: Classic beginner, intermediate and advanced yoga poses. Cues and guidance allow each individual to practice safely at their personal level. Fridays at 9:30am
Water Color Classes
Monthly sessions starting the first Wednesday of every month. The course is $90 (plus supplies). New students may register at the class or contact instructor Carol Merenda at 941-366-2866 and she’ll get you started.
Taught by Certified Master Trainer Kay Koski, the gentle, rhythmic movements of Qigong reduce stress, build stamina, increase vitality, and enhance the immune system. Those who maintain a consistent practice of Qigong find that it helps one regain a youthful vitality and maintain health even into old age. Can easily be adapted for physical challenges. Tuesdays at 10:45am
